Walter Stewart’s Rings in the Holidays with “Peter’s Stocking” and “Donation Days”

Congratulations Lucan and Sienna Barrosa, winners of the toys in Peter’s Stocking! The memory of Peter Lewis lives on with his favorite holiday tradition. Walter Stewart’s also donated toys purchased from New Canaan Toy Store to the Toys for Tots drive.

Lucas and Sienna’s mom Gina commented “They were so excited to win! All December whenever we came in to shop they checked if Peter’s stocking was up yet. They talked about it since last Christmas. We moved her at the end of 2021 and love shopping at Walter Stewart’s. We are there every week sometimes more than once! Mark has always been so helpful whenever we needed something.”

Our T-Bill shoppers were also invited to donate their balances to their favorite local non-profits during our annual holiday donations days drive. Together we raised $2403.14 for participating local organizations, including ABC House, NC Food Pantry, Strays and Others, Horizons Student Enrichment, and others. Customers who would like to participate in the T-Bill Donation Days program may obtain a courtesy card from the store’s customer service staff or sign up online.
